I accidently refreshed the page when I was about to claim the 2000 dell reward and now it says I claimed it and my ARP is missing but I didn't get the dell points. I'm so sad. I sent a email hopefully I can get some help! I claimed the 3000 one yesterday and it worked instantly so it being a day I believe this is a bug.

Has anyone redeemed ARP for the Alienware Plush? How big is it? And it's free shipping right? (I'm in the USA) ...also, how long does it take to arrive? We talking a week or a month.... :/

I'm having issues with the Twitch plugin that tracks your watch time. I've never had this issue before, but going to a streamer's page, the plugin shows "Click here to login to Alienware Arena and start earning ARP." I am currently logged into AWA and have no clue how to get the plugin to start recognizing my watch time again.
Has anyone else ever had this issue? If so, do you have a fix that I could try?

Why does the choose your own game quest only give out 15 ARP while the others give out 25?

Anyone feel like these Daily Quests give out more ARP + better chance at Dell Rewards if you do them once they are active around 12AM EST rather than later in the day? I just did it at 12am and got 20 ARP instead of the usual 5.....

I cant use my dragon's dogma 2 key from vault due to regional issue (my steam account and my alienware account is not in the same region). AWA discord admin said that i can email contact@alienwarearena.com for assistance, but they didnt reply my email. Does anyone here have the same issue?

I don't know if anyone else had this problem, but for some reason my brawlhala progress for the weekly steam quest reset.
I began the quest today and after playing for ~50 minutes my progress was correctly updated within an hour. I fired up the game again during the afternoon, for about 30 minutes I think, and when I went to check my progress about an hour ago it was reseted back to 0 hours.
